As the mayor of Wylie, Texas, Eric Hogue was the legislative head of the city's government and proudly served as a representative and spokesman for a community of over 50,000 citizens at local, state and federal functions. Wylie is one of the fastest growing communities in Texas and the United States.
Eric is the published author of the book, Clinky the Clown and the Secret of Happyville. The chapter book is written for 9 – 12 year old's and focuses on various life lessons.
Eric has been recognized for his efforts to promote personal and professional growth in and around his community and the country:
