First and foremost a vocalist, Eric possesses an exceptional range and a rich, expressive voice to tackle virtually any genre or song. His playing style is extremely dynamic, always matching the original groove, rhythm, and energy of the songs he covers, while also making them his own. But none of those things matter if you don't bring the fun. Ultimately, Eric's goal is to make his crowd smile, sing along, cut loose, and forget about life for awhile.

Above all, you can expect professionalism. I pride myself on my conduct on and off the stage, which includes prompt arrival and setup, top notch sound quality tailored to your needs and event, a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times, an attractive stage setup that doesn't detract from the aesthetic of your space, and lastly, a performance that suits your event – be it low-key, high energy, background music, party atmosphere, or anything in between. My job is to take your direction and deliver the musical performance and presentation that meets your needs. To sum up – of all the things you may have to worry about, I will not be one of them.
About
As a musician, Eric has been singing and performing professionally for over three decades in rock, alt, singer/songwriter, country, and more – five years of that in Nashville where he was a songwriter for Writer Zone Publishing. As an audiobook narrator, his career spans over 500 books in every category, with numerous awards and nominations. As an adventurer, Eric has been a sailor nearly as long as he has been performing – he, his wife, and his son spent six years living and passagemaking aboard their sailboat and sailing throughout the Caribbean full time. During that time they grew the 30,000 subscriber YouTube channel, "SailAway".
Eric brings all of that life experience to his voice and to the stage. Additional booking notes
As a soloist, my setup and gear is relatively simple, with a small footprint, even for medium sized events. No special requirements other than 110V power within reach. I have an LED lighting setup that is also discreet and can provide sound and light reinforcement for larger stages and rooms with advanced notice.
