First we usually have a phone or email conversation. From there, I encourage the client to view some of my work and we set up an in-person meeting. At that point we decide if we are a good fit for a working relationship and schedule the session. Following the session there is an in person or online review session when the client selects the images they want edited and after the post processing of the selected images is completed, we schedule an order day which can be either in person or online, though I generally prefer to make orders in person.

If I could have customers understand anything it would be the amount of time that is truly put into the work. I think many people are under the impression that once we're done with the actual shooting session, that it's just a matter of taking them off the camera and ordering prints and there is so much more time and effort that goes into each image than that.

What is it about the confines of an office that has always seemed massively unappealing to Marc? He would surmise that it's the lack of creativity usually associated with those sorts of jobs. Sure there are many people who aspire to run corporations, become investment brokers, or lawyers, but that was never Marc. He has always been a very creative and passionate person. As a child he aspired to be a comic book artist and has been performing all his life, starting in his living room, and eventually co-starring in an Improv Comedy show and several independent films. Marc currently works nights as a Karaoke host and Trivia Game host in Central Pa, and is also a singer. How does any of this have anything to do with photography? Well, really it has more to do with his love of art. Marc has always been fascinated with people who can take a photograph and turn it into a piece of art. he credits his sister for having an "eye" for photography and truly has been an inspiration for why he developed such an interest. What started out as a way to connect with people and wildlife has turned into a full blown passion over the last several years. Having had headshots done for acting and sometimes being underwhelmed by the quality, he started developing his own skills to be able to offer other actors those oh-so-important photographs to help them land different performance work. This led to other people asking if he could take their portraits and that of course led to eventually being asked to photograph their children as well. Now Marc offers his services to you and yours!
