I am a Michelin Star trained, bespoke Mixologist. I love creating new flavors and wowing guests!
One of the services that I offer is my cocktail creation experience for private and corporate events!
The starting price of $600 includes a 2 hour Mixology class for up to 8 people or your own private professional Mixologist for 4 hours of service, a beautifully designed menu, ice, and fresh essential fruit juices.

Every party and event is different and needs different items or services! I’m flexible, proactive and knowledgeable-so I can fulfill your bar expectations - and maybe even surpass them! I have worked in a lot of different venues and events and I know how to make sure you and your guests have the best time! I also love what I do!

Erika has been creating fun experiences through cocktails and wine tastings since 2010. Born and raised in California, and having traveled across Europe, she has a vast knowledge of wine and spirits.
Erika also has a great knowledge of cocktails and liquors, which she uses to create personalized cocktails for each and every person who she is serving.
Erika is Michelin Trained, and has worked with several celebrity hospitality professionals. She has bartended for banquet halls, private events, house parties, and beer gardens.
She loves sharing her love of libations!
My base rate is $600. This includes all consultations, me and my equipment, bar service for up to 4 hours, set up, break down and travel/transportation.
The only exception is a plug and play service in a bar, restaurant or club.
