I had an amazing experience working with Michael to troubleshoot our system. He explained everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way and was able to answer all of my questions.

From the start communication was on point asking what we needed, what our goals were, what kind of sound we wanted, what type of music we played, I mean there was not a detail he missed. Leading up to the show we had talked quite a bit but come showtime, he was more that prepared, Mike is a real pro. He went above and beyond and knew exactly what to do and troubleshooted all of issues without us even asking including getting our IEM working and i mean perfectly. I can't even begin to say how much we recommend Mike and honestly he took our show and sound from good to Great!
