We will conduct a virtual site inspection for smaller events. For events requesting a screen larger than our 1+ story, we will conduct an on-site visual inspection of the event space to ensure there is sufficient space. After our virtual or on-site inspection, our event specialists will send your official quote. Once you accept the quote and complete the required deposit, your event is locked in our calendar. We provide EVERYTHING required for a successful movie night, including a professional event technician, screen, projector, sound system with microphone, media console, backup equipment, power generator if not available on site and much more!

We have the largest selection of professional screens and picture sizes ranging from 10 to over 40 foot wide for audiences of 50 or 5,000! We can handle any event from a simple video presentation to a complex film festival.

We can setup on may different surfaces from concrete, to pavers, to pools. Our screens require anchoring or tying down, we can use stakes in grass, or water ballasts on turf. Just let our event specialist know what your event space ground type is so we can accommodate. We also have power and our equipment is eco-friendly...we do not use noisy constant-air blowers like bounce houses!
