It all starts with communication. Email confirmation, email reminders, a phone call several days before and text messages are all to be expected. We make sure you are well informed on the way to your party. We monitor the weather starting 10 days out and help you make the best decision for your party. We also don't give delivery windows. We give exact times to expect us and we pride ourselves on being on time.

Typical parties start prior to sunset so we make sure we arrive nice and early to set up for the event. It takes approx. 2 hours to get everything up and running. This also allows you top have a spare movie or music playing when guests arrive. Party times average 3 hours from sunset. We do our best to accommodate all party end times but do set limits based on distance and time of year. Please call the office if you have any questions concerning party end times.
