The Kickoff: Using our specialized planning software, we host a formal kickoff meeting to set the strategy and start the magic.

Partial Planning: A side-by-side collaborative experience. We step in to bridge the gaps, providing professional guidance while you stay hands-on with the elements you love.
Month-of Management: For the couple who has done the heavy lifting but wants to be a guest at their own wedding. We step in 35 days out to tie up loose ends and take over the reigns.
Day-of Coordination: Perfect for the DIY visionary. We arrive in the final weeks to ensure your plan is executed to perfection.

Allie’s journey began years ago at a friend’s wedding, followed by a true "masterclass" in hospitality under the guidance of her favorite Auntie. Today, her obsession with fine linen napkins and an ever-growing teacup collection might occasionally overwhelm her husband, but they serve as the heart of her design philosophy: your wedding should reflect you, not a Pinterest trend.

Allie’s own "blessed union" took place at the Superman statue in Metropolis, IL, followed by a Superhero Garden Party (yes, featuring those teacups!). She specializes in weaving personal passions into elegant environments. Whether you’re dreaming of a deep-dive fandom celebration or a candlelit ballroom affair, Allie ensures your story is the guest of honor.

With a background in software project management and a Scrum certification, Allie brings Enchanted Alice Events to life through logic. She utilizes flow charts, spreadsheets, and ironclad backup plans to ensure every angle is covered. When you work with Enchanted Alice, you’re getting a celebration from a team that is personally trained by Allie to be as seamless as it is magical.
