Empowered To Speak

In "Getting Out of My Own Mind", I work with survivors of abuse and life tragedies to empower them to create mental and emotional health. I specialize in overcoming anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. I speak from my own life experiences with passion and humor. I am able to speak to large crowds, students, or coach one-on-one.

I also speak with students entering the workforce about establishing their success with their work ethic in "Employee to Manager in A Year". I use my experience in being employee of the year at five different jobs, as well as my rapid ascent up the corporate ladder to help inspire employees to develop their work ethic and set clear goals that lead to success.
