Emily Davies is a jazz vocalist based in Northern Virginia, originally from Buffalo, NY. With a warm, expressive style and a passion for connecting with listeners, she brings classic jazz standards and soulful interpretations to every performance. A 3rd Place winner in the Ella Fitzgerald International Jazz Vocal Competition, she has performed at venues like Blues Alley, Mr. Henry’s, and the Hylton Performing Arts Center. A familiar voice in the D.C. area, Emily performs with big bands, and in solo/duo/jazz combo settings.
