This is perfect for those planning their own party, event or wedding and is on a strict budget or needs help with some creative details. My background is in low budget and non-profit events and themed parties. I also have over 10 years of makeup artistry experience from wedding makeup to party to special effects. What to Expect
Our first conversation should be about your vision. If you have some images saved, share them and I can put it all together. After our initial conversation, let's meet to discuss the event or to do a makeup test. We will tweak until it's perfect!
For makeup - contact me to discuss your idea. We will set up a time to do a free makeup test. From there, we will schedule the makeup application for the day of your event. I will travel to your location.
For makeup classes - contact me to discuss your idea. I'll put together the items needed and be ready to teach at your location!
For events- contact me to discuss your idea. We will set up a time to meet and discuss every detail you need and your budget. I will put together any items you need and take care of as much as you need me to. I'll help you along the way and make the most out of your budget.
For custom designed pieces for events, time can make all the difference. I'll put together a lifesize model with paper, show it to you then give you a timeline and cost of construction.
Communication is key. I will give you updates as much as you need with images, reports, and walk-thrus. The most important thing is that you get to enjoy your event and not have to worry about the details you don't want to be worrying about. You're not alone and I'm here to help!
In 2002, I started modeling throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. During some of the photoshoots, I had to fix my makeup from what the makeup artists had applied and found I had a bit of a knack for it. In 2005 I decided to pursue this passion and enrolled at DNI Advanced Makeup Artistry in Boston. From there, I began my makeup journey in weddings, fashion, independent film, and special effects.
I’m no stranger to classic horror films and zombie-chic so I grew quite fond of zombie and special effects makeup. How to Become a Zombie is a class which filled to capacity at every event for Girl Expos in New Hampshire and Vermont. Girls aged 10 and up can learn how to create a zombie wound with products you can find around your house! Gruesomely fun. Private parties can be booked for birthdays and functions for any age and duration.
Being in this industry, event planning was a natural outlet for my indefatigable creativity. I took to planning and designing unique weddings and events with custom designs and decor. My resourcefulness allows me to make the most out of any budget by utilizing free tools, the salvage/thrift industry, and through my artistic talent.
It all starts with an idea. Let’s start the conversation about your vision and bring it to life. I look forward to working with you!
