Emilia is a NYC-based professional belly dancer who loves sword balancing and getting the party started!
Her personal style encompasses dancing to Egyptian classics, as well as Cabaret style performances complete with props like amazing wings, elegant veils, and sword balancing.
She absolutely adores dancing for a crowd and can be seen in venues and theaters all over New York, as well as traveling to perform at festivals and theater productions nationwide!
Her favorite performances include classical Arabic orchestra pieces, sword balancing, and upbeat drum solos. Her favorite classic song is "Leylet Hob".
Emilia ensures each performance is customized to your party's needs, and incorporates songs from your culture & your favorite hits, as well as props like golden wings, sword, cane (assaya), or zills (sagat) to bring the most fun.
She lives in Brooklyn and fun fact: has 7 orchid plants! 🪴

For a smooth show experience:
Please let me know ahead of time what type of sound system you have available! I have a speaker suitable for small groups/spaces, but for large parties (15+ people or a big space) let me know if you are hiring a DJ who will have sound access.
A belly dance performance requires a cleared, clean floor area to dance on (if outdoors, a patio is suitable) and a location for the performer to change!
