Emerald Balloon Designs

1. Tell us your date, venue, colors and the look you love. Inspiration photos help.
2. We confirm availability and send a clear, itemized quote, usually within 24 hours.
3. On event day we deliver, build and style everything on site. No setup for you.
4. After the celebration we come back and take it all down.

Every install is custom-built in your palette. Outdoor installs are welcome; Texas heat, sun and wind affect balloons, so tell us it's outdoors and we'll plan for it.

Esmeralda is the owner and lead designer behind Emerald Balloon Designs. As a wife, mother and Houston-area entrepreneur, she knows how meaningful life's celebrations are, and how much it matters that they feel effortless. What began as balloon décor for her own children's birthdays grew into a passion for designing elevated event experiences for others.

Known for her eye for detail and clean, modern style, she works closely with each client to bring their vision to life in a way that feels personal and polished. Her goal is simple: take the stress off your plate and create a space that looks incredible, feels cohesive and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.

Power: Not required for standard garland, arch and backdrop installs. If your design includes lighting or neon signage, let us know so we can plan for an outlet.

Space: Tell us the installation surface (wall, backdrop stand, freestanding) and ceiling height. Our packages include covered frames and backdrops where listed.

Timing: Installs are completed before your guests arrive, and we agree the setup window with you in advance. Takedown is scheduled after the event.

Outdoor events: Heat, direct sun, wind and rain all affect balloons. We use products chosen to hold up better outdoors and plan anchoring for the conditions.

Venues: Some venues limit what can be attached to walls or ceilings, or set load-in windows. Share any venue rules in advance and we'll design around them.
