*During event nobody other than performers and their assistant/s should touch or tamper with equipment, rigging, props, etc. for the performance.
AERIAL ACTS:
1. Require a minimum space of a 10 ft radius.
2. Require a minimum of a 10 ft rigging point at venue or the rental of a portable aerial rig from Elysian Arts for an extra fee (can be set up indoor or outdoor). Dimensions of portable aerial rig can be provided upon request.
3. Rigging point MUST have a verifiable load capacity of at least 1,000 lbs to ensure safety of performer OR client must provide access to a professional rigger to verify safety of rigging/rigging point.
FIRE ACTS:
1, Require a minimum space of 10 x 10 ft.
2. Require the accompaniment of a "fire safety" to attend event with performer (fire safety will be provided and paid by Elysian Arts). Fire safety sits/stands between performer and audience with duvetyne blanket in case of any malfunctions.
3. Require a "fueling station" at venue. Fueling station is preferably outdoors and must be inaccessible to anyone attending event. Nobody, other than the performer or fire safety, is allowed near the fueling station. Overspill and "spin-off" from props can leave behind fuel droplets (which evaporate in minutes), so it is imperative that no flames or heat sources be close to fueling station.
4. Fire breathing acts require more space to perform due to the fact that performer is expelling fuel from mouth rather than a contained, stagnant flame. Minimum requirement is 10 x 15 ft.
ACROBATIC/DANCE ACTS:
1. Require a minimum space of 10 x 10 ft. The space provided must be a mostly flat surface to ensure safety of performers.
*Discounted rates given when multiple acts are booked. If multiple sets are booked then breaks are required between sets.
AERIAL ACTS:
Choreographed numbers range from 1-9 minutes.
Ambient sets range from 1-15 minutes.
FIRE ACTS:
(Note: Due to the nature of fire, sets can only be guaranteed to a length of 3.5 minutes. Environmental factors such as wind, humidity, altitude, etc. can cause fuel to evaporate at a faster rate.)
Choreographed numbers range from 1-3.5 minutes.
Freestyle sets range from 1-5 minutes (see note).
Fire breathing acts involve intermittent fire breaths during a 1-5 minute set. A maximum of 3 sets of fire breathing can be purchased due to potential for chemical poisoning.
ACROBATICS/DANCE ACTS:
Choreographed numbers range from 1-8 minutes.
