Personable and always family friendly, my Elvis tribute show is packed with energy and audience interaction because it's about providing an enjoyable time for you and your guests.
For fast songs I do the footwork of the 50s and some karate for the songs like Suspicious Minds. For slower songs, I like to walk into the audience shaking hands, occasionally stopping to hold the hand of someone and sing directly to them.
You decide the program length. Anything from a 3 song serenade to a multiple set program with costume changes. Have a particular song you'd like to hear? A special guest in the audience? No problem. I'm here to serve you.

Elvis John performed for my wedding rehearsal dinner, and we have had so many of our guests comment on how amazing the performance was. Elvis John was extremely personable, professional, and very accommodating (we had asked him to make some changes with very short notice). He was able to perform all of the songs we had asked within the time frame and knew exactly what to do to get the crowd involved. Our guests were initially 25 feet away from Elvis John when he started his performance and he moved towards the guests and within minutes, multiple people were dancing and everyone was having a great time. One of our guests had commented that she had seen 4 other Elvis tribute artists (several in Las Vegas), and that Elvis John was by far her favorite. Elvis John went above and beyond to make our event special and unforgettable. He had great communication before our event to ensure that every detail was worked out. Granny's 90th Birthday was a great hit, and Elvis John played a perfect part in it. Everyone loved his performance, and Mom was over the moon when he serenaded her. He also helped us to spring the surprise.

Elvis John was, in every way, professional. It started with his response to our request, including a venue and time change. It continued with his communication before the event so we knew what to expect and he knew what we wanted. It continued on the day of the event when he stunned the guests at a surprise 75th birthday party for our mom/wife. He (and his beautiful wife/manager) worked with us and the guest of honor to engage everyone, who was, quite simply wowed by his talent and act. He read the audience well and responded when needed. As many guests were older (and we knew a little less inclined to dance at weddings and other events), he went to them and shook hands. They loved it. His performance set the tone for many smiles and joy the rest of the evening. We "found" Elvis John through a search on Google, landing on GigSalad, and we watched YouTube videos. We feel extremely fortunate to have engaged exactly the right person to perform for Mom, who has always been the biggest Elvis fan. Elvis was a big hit. It was Gigsalad that caused me problems. When I first contacted you, I indicated that my wife looks at my phone and not to provide any communications back. She saw your emails you sent after I booked the event. Not helpful.
Elvis performed at Meadowmere Assisited Living in Mequon this afternoon. He thoroughly entertained the crowd and even got some of them up dancing. He interacted with everyone and is a consummate professional. Everyone loved watching him. It was a hand clapping, sing along, entertaining fun time.
We hired Elvis John to perform for our parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary party. I had never hired an Elvis impersonator before, so was not sure what to expect. My daughter is a huge Elvis Fan and we decided it would be fun to have an Elvis at her surprise party. We have hired John aka Elvis two times this past year. Once to celebrate the first day of summer and now at our company's annual Chili Fest last week. John's authentic Elvis apparel right down to the accessories is such a delight. John sings, moves and dances just like Elvis himself. So much fun. First of all I didn't hire him, I actually was a spectator. He really worked hard to capture the feeling of Elvis. He has a very good voice and I really enjoy listening to him sing. He captivates the audience with his movements and singing. He is a good Elvis Tribute Artist and I know he will continue to get even better!

This event had me wearing black leather and singing songs from the '68 comeback show. When doing uptempo songs, I do incorporate appropriate moves, including Elvis' signature karate moves. I always strive to give a crowd pleasing show! Correen was a very enthusiastic spectator at this well attended event.

With regard to the show itself, you can expect Elvis "moves." This would include karate kicks and punches and other signature moves Elvis did with particular songs. I enjoy doing them and judging by audience reaction, they do too! If I'm wearing a jumpsuit (as opposed to my '68 black leather suit), you can expect some scarves to be handed out. I am available after the event for meet and greet and photos.
In 2016 I took first place in the "Search For The King" contest (Waupun). I am also the back to back winner for 2013 and 2014 "Kings of the Valley" contest (Oshkosh). I was also a top finalist at the 2015 "Elvis Explosion" event (Lacrosse). In fact, I have been a finalist in any event I have ever entered.
My repertoire covers songs from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, including gospel songs. A typical one hour show will include a mix of everything. A longer multi set show will include a new outfit with each set.
The outfits are an important consideration for any Elvis show because Elvis is so identified by what he wore. My jumpsuits are faithful reproductions of the actual outfits Elvis wore on stage. The are stunning. I have also created a wonderful 1950s and 1960s ensemble and have a reproduction of the leather outfit from the '68 comeback. Rounding out the outfit options, I also have several high collar puffy sleeve shirts that work well with some venues. Plus every program, regardless of length, includes a meet and greet photo opportunity. And of course I always have some scarves to share.
I am punctual and will arrive early with time to set up and get dressed into my stage outfit so I am ready to begin the show according to your time table. If you're looking for a surprise Elvis appearance with just a few songs, I also have a secondary, very portable sound system for those occasions!
In addition to private parties, benefits, and public venue events, I have performed at more than 60 different assisted living communities throughout Wisconsin.
I recently attended a SPARK conference in Appleton that works to develop engaging programs for people with memory loss. This has been valuable to me as I engage with those living at assisted living communities, especially with those living within memory care units of those communities.
My show really is about the audience: shaking hands, kneeling by a person and singing a verse directly to them. Even sharing the mic with a fan. My goal is to provide you and your guests with a great and memorable show.
My sound system consists of two Electro Voice ZLX 15P speakers and a shure wireless hand held mic. All my backing tracks are on an ipad. I also have lights available for use when needed and a backdrop for larger events.
What this means for you is I just need outlet to plug into. This system runs fine plugging into a single outlet in the wall of your home or venue.
Finally, this system sets up quickly and and has a small footprint so space is never an issue.
