Ellen Daly offers tailored violin services to perfectly compliment any event, big or small. With a truly massive repertoire of songs spanning many genres, Ellen crafts each of her set lists to precisely suit the tastes and requirements of her clients.

Most popular service - VIOLIN + DJ TRACKS - incorporates DJ backing tracks along with live solo violin performance. This is an excellent option if you're looking to add a touch of excitement and sophistication to your event!

Ellen also offers VIOLIN ACCOMPANIMENT to other DJs (this always makes for an amazing party), and is happy to work with pre-existing bands/groups, or hire additional musicians to form a group/ensemble for your event.

FAQ:
IS AMPLIFICATION REQUIRED FOR SOLO PERFORMANCES?
- For group sizes over 20, or for outdoor performance, amplification is required.
- Amplification is always required for the Electric violin.

CAN DEMO VIDEOS/RECORDINGS OF REQUESTS BE PROVIDED, PRIOR TO THE WEDDING/EVENT?
- Yes, the charge is $20 per demo recording.

WILL THE MUSICIAN ATTEND THE REHEARSAL? (Weddings)
- Usually it is not necessary to attend the rehearsal, as I will always arrive with plenty of time to set up and coordinate the logistics and any necessary cues with the various points-of-contact, on the day-of.
- If attending the rehearsal is a requirement, there will be a min. $300 fee, in addition to applicable travel fees.

Ellen Daly is an acclaimed, versatile, and decorated violinist / fiddler in Toronto. She has performed at countless luxury events, weddings, and venues - from small, intimate gatherings to large crowds exceeding 2500 guests. Some of the more popular venues and events in Toronto include: 1 Hotel, Casa Loma, Toronto Beach Club, Rebel, A Bridgerton Experience (The Queen's Ball), Taylor Swift Dance Party, and much more.

In recent years, whilst based out of the U.S., Ellen spent seven months playing at Raglan Road Irish Pub at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World, performing six nights a week in Celtic and cover bands. She has also sat in with many bands while visiting Nashville, TN at venues such as Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Rippy's, and The Blue Bar.

Ellen has traveled and participated in numerous fiddle competitions in Canada, the U.S. and Ireland, and has won prestigious awards. She was the Canadian Open Old Time Junior Fiddle Champion in 2011, she is a five-time Vankleek Hill Fiddle Champion, and she was the Under 16 Eastern North American Irish Fiddle Champion in 2008.
