I perform original spoken word at a variety of events, as well as facilitate youth and women empowerment workshops. I approach each performance or workshop as an opportunity to empower and entertain my listeners.

April 9, 2022My fiancé and I hired Elle to perform a poem, tailored to our relationship, during the bridal processional. She was amazing! I nearly cried walking down the aisle. We loved her. Our guests loved her. We were thrilled that she framed and gifted the poem to us at the reception. Elle was very professional, kind and easy to work with. She felt just like family at the wedding. We look forward to having another perform at another special occasion soon!

Elle Davis has been performing spoken word since 2008. She has performed in numerous cities throughout the U.S. She has been a member of two poetry slam teams and a three-time competitor at the Women of the World Poetry Slam. She has performed in multiple stage plays, including From Slavery to Freedom, alongside T.C Carson from the hit television series Living Single. Elle has written campaigns for national corporations and has facilitated youth empowerment workshops for multiple schools and nonprofit organizations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Elle Davis is also a high school English teacher, an Army Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran, and a mother.
