On the day itself, I arrive early, coordinate directly with your other vendors and your venue coordinator on timing, and run the reception as both DJ and MC, reading the room and adjusting in real time instead of following a fixed script. For larger events that need full audio-visual production, I bring in Primetime Events to handle the additional technical support.

I'm Thomas Dean, owner and lead DJ/MC of Elite Mobile Entertainment, and I've been doing this professionally in Arizona for over 20 years. I run every wedding as both the music programmer and the person leading the room. Most DJs are strong at one of those two jobs, not both, and that combination is what actually keeps a reception moving.

I primarily work Tucson and Phoenix. For larger productions that need full audio-visual support, I partner with Primetime Events to bring in the extra crew and equipment those events require.
