Monica Shaheed is the founder and heart behind Elegant Treats LLC, a mobile dessert catering company serving the Bay Area and beyond. As a devoted wife and proud mom of seven, Monica was inspired to create a business that combined her love for celebrations, creativity, and sweet treats. What began as a passion project quickly grew into a sought-after service known for its gourmet mini pancakes, churros, waffle pops, charcuterie, and luxury dessert carts. Monica is dedicated to making every event unforgettable with thoughtfully designed setups, high-quality ingredients, and exceptional service. She believes in celebrating life’s special moments with elegance, warmth, and a little bit of magic. With a background rooted in resilience, faith, and family, Monica brings a personal touch to each experience and takes pride in creating joy through food. Elegant Treats is more than just desserts—it’s a celebration of love, culture, and unforgettable memories.

• Space Required: Flat 10x10 ft area per cart
• Power: Access to one standard outlet (required for some services)
• Service Time: Typically 2–3 hours of bottomless service (based on guest count)
• Setup/Breakdown: We arrive 45–60 minutes early for setup; cleanup begins immediately after service ends
• Weather: For outdoor events, shade/cover is preferred; tenting may be required in extreme weather
• Permits: Fully licensed, insured, and health-permit compliant
• Customization: Cart fronts and signage can be tailored to match your event theme
• Allergens: Some items contain dairy, gluten, or nuts—please notify us of any allergies in advance
• Payment: 25% non-refundable deposit required; full balance due 1 week before event
