Planning & Design Process
At Elegant Designs by DaSista, we have a passion for creating custom experiences for our clients’ weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and other occasions. Though our creative staff can imagine and create an event or party for any reason, we follow a specific process to bring every celebration to its fulfillment.
1) Active Engagement
We will engage you in conversation, listen to what your objectives are, and pay close attention to what you envision for your particular event.
2) Concept Development
Our creative team will then brainstorm ideas to expand on your inspiration and ambitions, further refining the themes which will be infused throughout your event.
Once there is a mutual understanding of what is expected, our experts will thoroughly research every major aspect and minor detail of your event.
4) Corporate Events
We demonstrate our approach to what you visualized for your event through a formal proposal hand-tailored to your goals and budget. Upon approval we’ll move into the production phase of your custom event.
The team at Elegant Designs by DaSista Event Services will work diligently on planning every aspect of your event, from a custom theme, to your invitations to the entertainment.
When the time is right, our professionals will descend on your chosen venue, transforming the space into the unique atmosphere you imagined.
From set-up to tear-down
I am an event planner that has over 10 years of experience in event management.
Being known for being well organized or able to pull a plan together has always seemed like adjectives people used when they talked about me and planning an event. It seems like I have been interested in event planning and decor since I planned my own Sweet Sixteen party many moons ago.
When I became a mother, it seemed natural for all of my organization skills and keen eye for planning fun, elegant events would come handy as I planned my daughter's birthday parties. Each year I challenged myself to do better that the last year and most of all make sure that everyone had a great time especially the birthday girl.

Quotes are free. And we also have an a la carte menu of services available for all types of events. Just ask we can do it. We do event decorations, favors, cakes, treat tables, invites, registries for baby showers, weddings, birthdays and even housewarmings.
