Elana Zabari originally hails from Queens in NY. She plays eclectic covers and originals filled throughout the Tri-State area. Her soulful voice can be found at live venues, private and corporate functions and also in the studio providing her vocals on various projects. She's been honored to play at the Milford Oyster Festival and was the opening act for The Beehive Queen, Christine Ohlman.
Her powerful voice and ability to bridge genres enables her to sing bluesy songs like Susan Tedeschi’s "Midnight in Harlem" to raw rock such as Janis Joplin’s classic, “Me and Bobby McGhee” to touching ballads like Lady Gaga’s “Always Remember Us This Way” and Neil Young's "Harvest Moon".

Since that time, she has freelanced with a number of bands most notably with Tyrone Shoelaces where she did backing vocals and recorded on two of their albums.
Elana has performed at clubs, private parties, weddings and corporate events across NJ, NY, MA and RI in addition to CT. Her powerful voice and ability to bridge genres enables her to sing blues to raw rock to touching ballads. Branching out to do more recording work with other artists, Elana now writes and plays her original music as well as uniquely delivers covers at various venues, accompanying herself. She has been asked to play at various venues including Devon Farmer's Market, Walnut Beach Festival Day, Milford Yacht Club, Stamford Artwalk and the Fair on the Green in Milford.
