BACKGROUND
Eileen Frary grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and hails from a family of musicians. As a child she sang and danced her way through life. Her debut was at the early age of 3 years old, belting out Annie's "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow." She performed on fireplaces in the living rooms of family and friends. Then advanced to gospel choirs and school plays, eventually graduating into singing in nightclubs around town. Collaborating with several bands & musicians throughout the area, Eileen received a warm reception while belting out her sultry versions of popular music. Over time she has developed a diverse repertoire, including music spanning a variety of different time periods and cultures.
CURRENT PROJECTS
Eileen performs mainly with the Persuaders, and sometimes still accompanies the band that got her started, Pat O & The Show. She has also performed with Jacob Duncan of Rock and Roll Suicide, Adam Houghtelling of Ragged Company, and Jim Boggess of the Omaha Community Playhouse. Years back, she was honored to sing the Star Spangled Banner for an Omaha Police Department awards ceremony and also toured Rome while part of a gospel choir. She has also graced the stages of the Orpheum Theater, Rococo Theater, Lauritzen Gardens, and the College World Series. Although she has worked with some amazing talent and loves each experience, her favorite stage is still at home in front of the fireplace, with her husband & two future 'rockstars'.
