Eduardo Ramos is a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and educator with more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering learning experiences across corporate, nonprofit, and community organizations in Canada and Chile.

His professional journey combines a background in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Human Resources Learning & Development, and personal transformation. While working in the Human Resources department of a national insurance company, he managed corporate training programs for more than 500 employees each month across 12 regions, developing leadership, sales, and professional development initiatives through classroom, virtual, and e-learning formats.

Later, as Founder of the Academy of Happiness, Eduardo designed and facilitated workshops, conferences, and mentoring programs that reached more than 2,500 participants, helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations strengthen leadership, communication, resilience, and personal growth.

Today, he combines practical business experience with a passion for human development, creating engaging presentations that blend storytelling, interactive activities, and practical tools participants can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.
