Edgar Gabriel - Violinist

Edger did a truly fantastic job. We had a small birthday party for my mom and Edger showed up early and did a beautiful job of playing all kinds of pieces (classical, jazz, irish, pop), all well a few of the little ones danced around in front of him. He is friendly, professional, accommodating, and a sensational violinist. Choose him for your next event, he will not disappoint. He was worth every penny.

We hired Edgar to play an 'Irish themed' engagement party for a young couple. We had a friend in town from Scotland who taught us all how to do some reels and jigs. Edgar was wonderful in terms of being patient while we learned the dance moves and then continuously playing and allowing us to get our groove on. He was wonderful and also played for a Irish dancer that we had in the group. It was really great to have him be a part of our celebration! I wish I could attach the videos taken because they are wonderful. Thanks Edgar!

Edgar played solo at a Sunday brunch Wedding shower and he was delightful and flexible and really made the event a special day.

Edgar was very helpful in organizing his set up, music and playing time to fit our needs perfectly. Just simply great to work with and in particular very considerate.

This is an amazing musician. Edgar Gabriel made my song go up in quality several notches when in the studio by the fact he was able to read my violin arrangement and play it precisely. But, after hearing the violin part that I wrote, I needed more dynamic and I did not write it into the sheet music. So, Edgar was able to experiment with me on the exact right "feel" of those musical sections. He did not resent any time spent doing this or cop an attitude. He felt comfortable with trying many things 'cuz, Edgar is a real PRO. He kept at it 'till he "nailed it"! This is important to me as a Producer and arranger that someone has a great attitude and Edgar is that kind of kind-hearted-servant Professional!

So, Edgar went out of his way to come in on a studio project of mine with a Jewish Jazz song that I arranged. Within a few days, Edgar was able to make himself available to squeeze in time to come into the studio within a few days. It was a challenging for me to find his kind of skill in this kind of genre. Edgar learned the song and was prepared to perform efficiently and accurately, on the clock, with total energy! He did the whole recording in less than a hour with several tracks and with all the experimental creativity involved.

Edgar's solo performance was fantastic. Anyone who has heard this song so far, even before I released it, says how awesome the violin solo is. It cranked the heat way up as Edgar performed on electric violin throughout the song that added a sizzling solo in the Bridge.

Believe me, I am not wasting time on looking for anyone else with needing a creative skilled violinist in these genres. I know I will call on Edgar to do more work in the future. He showed up earlier to the studio than me and I'm picky about being prompt.
