Made for the dancefloor.
Eddie Barretta is a vocal house DJ based in Jacksonville Beach. His sets blend fresh vocal house with house remixes of 80s, 90s, and 2000s favorites — songs everyone knows, reworked so the whole room can't help but move. Beach bars, pool and rooftop parties, birthdays and late-night lounges, all mixed live into one continuous, feel-good set — not a jukebox.
Is this the right fit? Eddie plays house — always, even the classics. A few requests ahead of time that fit the sound are welcome, but he doesn't play from a supplied playlist or do Top 40 / open-format sets.

Eddie Barretta is a house DJ based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. He has held residencies at SIP Cocktail Bar, a rooftop bar over the St. Johns River, and at Living Room Lounge and Dua Lounge, and has played sets at beach bars, lounges and nightclubs across Jacksonville and the Beaches.
His sound is vocal house: fresh club records next to house remixes of 80s, 90s and 2000s songs everyone knows, all mixed live into one continuous set. He is always hunting for new music, so no two sets are the same.
He also hosts Transcend, a mix series and podcast of his latest sets, each posted with a full tracklist. It is the easiest way to hear exactly what he would bring to your event.
Eddie brings his own DJ equipment. If your venue has a PA system, he plugs his controller straight into it. Tell him what the venue has when you book, so the setup is planned before the day.
Sets are mixed live and run from 1 to 4 hours.
