A creative by nature I believe expressive arts are a love language. Poetry saved my life when I was a silently depressed teen. It's been my hope to take my creativity and touch the lives of those I am blessed to share with. Whether it's piecing together words for a custom gift, bringing the vibes to a paint party, or sharing my heart via a spoken-word or fine art piece.
I am no stranger to the stage as I co-hosted a spoken-word TV show, which aired on Time Warner Cable's Faith on Demand. I have shared the stage with billboard chart topping artists

Mental Wellness Heart Pour Sessions are a therapeutic experience that allows you to slow down and tap into yourself to do a head/heart check which we often forget to do in this face paced life we are living.
California-born and raised Nigerian-American creative hoping to leave a positive impact on this world through the Arts. I discovered poetry in 8th grade and that was my lifesaver, being a young depressed girl who was unsure of herself. I have come a long way and have since graced many stages across Los Angeles, produced a few events, and co-hosted a spoken word television show called SPEAK which aired on Time Warner Cable's Faith on Demand channel.
I am also a visual artist that does paint parties and makes custom Resin work. My Heart Pour sessions were birthed from a place of processing grief after losing my mother unexpectedly. They are designed to assess emotions and navigate headspace to leave you more self-aware.
