David Villanueva, a charismatic jazz musician, effortlessly combines the timeless charm of crooner-style vocals with the soulful allure of the saxophone, infusing his music with Smooth Jazz influences that leave audiences spellbound. With a voice that drips with nostalgia and saxophone skills that transport you to smoky, dimly lit jazz clubs, David Villanueva is a true embodiment of musical elegance.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. David is a proud product of this colorful and cultural community. Receiving his education through schools in the south-side of San Antonio. He went on to discover his musical voice and passion through some of the best universities in South Texas, completing his musical education at San Antonio’s own renowned St. Mary’s University.

While performing professionally at an young age in many different bands, David started honing his craft on the saxophone and was soon mesmerized by the enchanting crooner melodies of legends like Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Mel Torme. This love for the classics, paired with his intimate talent for blending genres, allowed David to carve out a niche in the jazz world.

David Villanueva’s music is not just a performance, it’s a journey through the annals of jazz history, with a modern twist that keeps the genre alive and pulsating.
