Overview

We are a jump blues band fronted by vocals and harmonica performing original songs in an entertaining and danceable show. The Dutchman's voice is constantly compared to Louis Armstrong by critics and reviewers who also recommend the humorous aspect of our show. All band personnel are seasoned professional musicians and this is reflected in their consistent high level performance. They are versatile enough to command the big show stage, a private party, or an intimate listening room making them a safe hire for any blues friendly venue.

What to expect

We are not the usual blues cover band. Most of our show is original songs. We mix in the occasional crowd pleaser but the show is fresh and original. The Dutchman is a dynamic front man with a stage presence and energy that is contagious. Complimented by Roman's guitar work and a solid rhythm section this band gets people up on their feet dancing and applauding. Seasoned professionals who put on a show that keeps moving one song into another gaining momentum as it builds. That is why we see the same people coming back to our shows for more.

About

A Pennsylvania Dutch blues harmonica man goes to Louisiana and Memphis to learn the real blues and voodoo mojo. Meanwhile a PA punk rocker goes to Germany, Czech, and the UK to play punk shows, burn guitars and sleep on floors with gypsies. Back in PA their paths cross… They formed a band and now perform original songs about Hoodoo Stew, window-kicking, door-smashing blues jams, smugglers, and mysterious basements. Add a voice like broken glass backed by blazing guitar licks for a unique, swinging, one of a kind show you won’t want to miss. And you can DANCE to it!
They wrote all the material for their first CD release which includes an impressive eleven original songs.
