October 26, 2025I have friends who have shared their love of drum circles so I thought I'd give it a try. I am not musically inclined but felt 100% encouraged and supported to engage throughout this experience. Richa is a great teacher, she explained the different drums, allowed space for practice and learning, and asked thoughtful questions to deepen the experience. I will definitely do this again.

But Richa's energy and leadership are truly fantastic. She created a space that was both fun and restorative with a great mix of activities. During the Drum Circle, participants will engage in interactive team-building exercises and interactive games. These meaningful activities will focus on playing with rhythm, making connections through sound, and most importantly FUN! Depending on the space available, there will be drums (we have facilitated groups between 5-200 people) and a variety of percussion instruments for participants to play, interact with, and experiment with. The facilitator will guide the group through a sequence of activities that promote engagement, learning, fun, and connection. Each drum circle promises to be fun, hands-on, and interactive, and no prior experience with music or drumming is necessary.
Richa has dedicated many years of her life to serving others and building community through movement and rhythm. Richa's love of dance and drumming developed from an early age, and she is passionate about helping others feel comfortable in their bodies, and discover a deeper connection to themselves. She aims to create both fun and inclusive environments where people can release stress and feel connected through dance and drumming.

This is a fun and interactive experience for all participants, regardless of age! We just need an open space where we can set up drums, percussion, and chairs in a circle. We'll bring all the drums and percussion instruments!
We are influenced by the beautiful sounds, movements, and rhythms of Africa, Caribbean, Asia, and world music!
We bring all the equipment! We just need a open space for the set up of drum and chairs. If you have a small table for us to lay-out the percussion instruments, that's great, but not necessary.
