Whom Desire Masterful Entertainment in Hospitality,

Right out of the gate with a grand entrance and introduction, DrSanMan Hospitality Specialist took command of the bar creating memorable moments we still talk about to this day. My name is Linda Wilcox, former owner of the Famous Blues Ship Bar and Restaurant in Historic Ybor, where the name DrSanManAP still commands much respect in the Hospitality Industry. In his twenty years of service until I retired. I witnessed him conduct amazing feets of hospitality to impose maximum success. Within the blink of an eye, I have personally witnessed creating memorable moments from thin air with limited resources.

Once we offered a $100 meal with champagne, 20 wings on the balcony served by a server dressed in Black and White by reservation. A couple walked in, requesting that meal. They were cool without Black and White, however a sarcastic comment made in jest referencing the entire. Within minutes without missing a beat of service appeared with a pirate coat and before the quest what about a tie. DrSanMan rolled up a dinner napkin symbolizing a tie. The guest insisted on a photo and returned yearly for the service of DrSanMan Hospitality Specialist.

Once DrSanMan served as bartender, waitress, cook and security so efficiently that with about twenty five covers who didn't know DrSanMan was also cooking. The funny thing is we were revamping our restaurant and menu with no menus available and nothing specific to cook. What we did have was pepper and onions, chicken breast, shrimp and rice leftover from a catering job. DrSanManAP grilled chicken breast and shrimp with onions and peppers marinated with lemon juice laid on a bed of rice garnish with an orange wedge served with a margarita, to which DrSanManAP created the best margarita in the Universe. Not only did the Bartender insist everyone have a margarita, which he made a huge pitcher of, many of the customers desired to complement and tip the cook. They were already enamored by the Bartender, but when they discovered DrSanManAP was cooking they also gave him a round of applause. Let us just say that was very profitable for our restaurant and DrSanManAP. I forgot the fact he went outside and persuaded the entire group to come in. What did I, the owner, do? Initially I watched in awe until he instructed me to participate as though he were the BOSS: he is.

What I thought was going to be a slow day turned out to be an awesome day thanks to DrSanMan's people skills and hard work to which I witnessed him do this on a regular basis.
