Technical Requirements for Dreamsound Production
We ensure a smooth and professional setup tailored to the specific needs of your event. Below are the technical requirements for our services:

1. Bands (e.g., Coco Project & RevelX)
Stage: Minimum 16’x12’ with adequate space for performers and equipment.
Power: At least 4 dedicated 120V power outlets for sound and lighting equipment.
Sound System: High-quality PA system (can be provided upon request). Includes mixing console, main speakers, subwoofers, and monitors.
Microphones: Multiple vocal and instrument mics (as per the band's specific setup).
Lighting: Stage lighting to enhance performance ambiance (LED PAR cans or moving heads recommended).
Load-In/Load-Out: Access to the venue at least 3 hours before the event for setup and soundcheck.
2. DJs
Space: Minimum 8’x6’ for the DJ booth or setup area.
Power: 2 dedicated 120V power outlets for DJ controller, mixer, and lighting.
Sound System: If not provided by the client, the DJ can bring a professional setup, including speakers, subwoofers, and microphones.
Lighting: Dynamic lighting effects for dancefloor enhancement (lasers, LED bars, or strobes recommended).
Table: A sturdy 6’ table for the DJ’s equipment.
3. Solo or Duo Musicians
Space: A compact 6’x6’ area.
Power: 1-2 120V outlets for amplifiers or electronic instruments (if applicable).
Sound System: Small PA system or acoustic amp (musician-provided if needed).
Microphones: 1-2 vocal mics (as required).
Lighting: Minimal stage lighting or spotlight to ensure visibility and ambiance.

Power Supply: Sufficient dedicated 120V outlets near the performance area for sound, lighting, and equipment.

Load-In/Load-Out Time: At least 3 hours of venue access before the event for setup and soundcheck.

Weather Protection: For outdoor events, a covered or shaded performance area is essential to protect equipment and performers.

Stage Dimensions: Minimum 16’x12’ with enough space for multiple performers, instruments, and equipment.

High-quality PA system with main speakers, subwoofers, monitors, and a digital/analog mixing console.
