Contemporary jazz group Dreaming In Colour wants to be part of your calendar!
Our CD The Dream Merchant, along with our recent single release Cayenne are getting daily global spins on several c/jazz or smooth jazz stations. Produced by Jeff Lorber, with additional featured artists, Eric Marienthal and Nelson Rangell, our cd continues to infuse our large list of dedicated followers (email list of over 43, 000). Our core group has been together for more than 20 years and has shared the stage with a number of global contemporary jazz acts.

The gentle men played at a private dinner at our home. They were amazing! They allowed my 6 year old daughter to play violin along side them. We had a magical night and they were the sound track to our awesome night. Came early to set up share awesome stories kept us moving

The radiant sounds of Dreaming In Colour are reminiscent of an array of slick jazz-lines and rhythmic grooves. Dreaming In Colour is founded by bassist/songwriter/producer Kevin Ellis. He’s joined by Yamaha endorsing drummer Chris Noonan. Michael Scherer(keys), Tom Byrne(guitar), and Jason Swagler(sax) complete the Dreaming In Colour tour de force.
Over the years to compliment the musicality of their sound, Dreaming In Colour has collaborated with some of the top session players of contemporary jazz. Joining them in the studio and occasionally onstage, have been such artists as Ken Navarro, Nelson Rangell, Jeff Kashiwa, Eric Marienthal, the late Chuck Loeb, Andy Snitzer and Jeff Lorber.
Dreaming In Colour, the sound, the groove, the sway of contemporary jazz.
