January 13, 2026Amazing to work with! I called them last minute, asking if Elsa could come the next day and do a short visit for my granddaughters who were leaving the day after. Elena was super helpful and said they were available. Elsa showed up and my granddaughter was in awe. She kept touching Elsa’s costume and hair gently as if she couldn’t believe it. I believe it was the owner who was Elsa. She just let my granddaughter soak it all in! I also wasn’t aware she was going to sing live, but WOW! Over so so impressed. Super professional and kind.
