Overview
Where modern outlaw and 90s line-dance meet, Double Wide Ride brings their blue-collar brand of country music to the next generation. Formed in Southern Mid-Michigan over 15 years ago, this is a well-crafted production that doesn't forsake the gritty undercurrent running through the well of a traditional country band. The classic songs of Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, and Brooks & Dunn are performed along with contemporary artist like Chris Stapleton, Cody Jinks and Tyler Childers.
Double Wide Ride consist of Dave Moore (guitar), Timothy Taylor (pedal steel/guitar), Gary Ford (bass) and Roger “Hadji” VanSteeland (drums). Voted one of Lansing's best: 2022 Top of the Town Country Band

In addition to being a very talented and well rehearsed country band, they conduct them self very professionally. That is, they show up.....on time......with all of their equipment. Definitely not - a garage band.

Established in 2009 Double Wide Ride has played big clubs, small bars, and numerous festivals and fairs. All over Michigan,any where from Detroit to Lansing to Chicago. If you like a verity of country ranging from Merle Haggard to Chris Stappleton you are sure to love Double Wide Ride!
