October 12, 2025Don was amazing! He communicated clearly and promptly before the event, which made everything smooth and stress-free. He arrived early to set up, was full of energy, and interacted wonderfully with both the kids and the adults. I loved that he had a display board of balloon creations for the kids to choose from, it made things so much easier and helped more kids get their balloons. Don's professionalism, organization, and great attitude truly checked all the boxes. I'm already looking forward to using his services again in the future!
