Quality vocals and guitar performance at the highest level, performing well known songs from rock-pop, contemporary-country, and Americana-folk. Smiles, positive energy, engaged with the audience or playing in the background as the event host desires. Professional, kind, courtesy, willingness to be flexible with the event host and what fits in their program needs. All equipment is of the highest quality producing the finest audio sound available. Dress: casual, jeans, button up shirts, Ts, shorts, luau attire, or tailor fitted suits, according to the occasion. Where allowed, CDs, T-shirts, merchandise will be offered between sets or end of show and set up to transact credit, debit cards, or cash. I have a genuine love of people and enjoy mixing and mingling with guests after the show.
Don Holmes is the founder and owner of HotBlueMusic, a music publisher registered with ASCAP, primarily designed to serve his own music creation. He toured with his college concert choir and was commissioned tour manager during his second year. He then toured full time with WindVoice, a CCM/secular duo, for five years; performed solo, fronted for major artists and had major artists also front for him. He has national FM radio airplay as an artist and songwriter. HotBlueMusic has Don's songs kept or placed on hold each month by major record labels, producers, and the film industry.
Don's guitar playing and vocals span the spectrum of rock, country, pop, classical guitar, jazz and fusion. He has regular requests for both live performance and studio session work.
His primary goal and that of HotBlueMusic is to perform covers, also to write and perform original songs and create music for self-release that will also be pitched to the music and film industries.
I simply need one electrical outlet within 100 feet of my set-up area.
