Originally from Bronx, New York and raised in Durham, North Carolina, DJ Wade Banner is the perfect blend of big city, up North flavor mixed with Southern Hospitality. DJ Wade Banner created a name for himself through the club and event circuit but is most notably known for his #1 rated mix show, the “Drive At 5” on Radio One Raleigh’s WQOK 97.5FM. After a successful radio run, DJ Wade Banner has set a new foundation in Atlanta, GA.
DJ Wade Banner is a high-energy, fun and interactive DJ that can play across genres from Hip Hop and R&B to Reggae, Afrobeats, Gospel, Pop, Country & more.

Accomplishments and accolades have followed DJ Wade Banner from youth as he was named high school senior superlatives, Most Talented. Fast forward to today, he is a 2x winner of the Carolina Music Awards, DJ of the Year (2015 & 2016) and nominated for the Southern Entertainment Awards Best Blend DJ (2017). DJ Wade Banner is a Tour DJ for Lebra Jolie. He also has experience as a show DJ spinning sets for Jazmin Sullivan and Bobby Valentino. He has also appeared on stage with a slew of major artists including Future, 2 Chainz, Kevin Hart, Yo Gotti, Migos, Doug E Fresh, Big Daddy Kane, Monica, 21 Savage and more.
Known for breaking records in clubs and on radio, DJ Wade Banner has been a part of the promotional campaign for many artists including Rick Ross’ MMG, DaBaby, Megan Thee Stallion, Yung Bleu, Polo G and more as well as receiving plaques for working Cardi B, Rich The Kid and Young Dolph.

DJ Wade Banner does more than just parties, also working with corporate entities such as Pepsi, Target, Kroger, Charlotte Hornets, Duke Medicine and others.

A hometown champion, DJ Wade Banner is a major part of the community taking part in community projects such as the End of Grade Pep Rally Tour, Kuts 4 Kids Back to School program, Thanksgiving Turkey Drives and more.

Technical Requirements:
I provide all the necessary equipment for DJ services, including:

DJ Controller/Turntables and Mixer
Speakers and Subwoofers (appropriate for the venue size)
Microphones (wireless, if needed)
Lighting and Effects (upon request)

Setup Requirements:

Power: A minimum of two standard 120V power outlets (within 25 feet of the DJ setup) for speakers, lighting, and DJ equipment.

Space: A 6-foot table or DJ booth and adequate space for speakers and equipment setup. (Typically, a 10’ x 10’ area is sufficient, but this can vary based on the event size.)

Shelter (for outdoor events): If the event is outdoors, the DJ setup must be under cover or in a sheltered area to protect equipment from direct sunlight and weather conditions.
