Just a little about us and how we do things, just so you get a feel before I send a quote AND for you to even see if it's worth your time talking to us.

We get to our events about 1 to 1.5 hours early or even earlier depending on what you're getting from us, example, extra lighting fixtures, a more robust lighting set up with intelligent lighting, uplighting throughout the venue, TV's, photo booth, etc.

We work with you in setting a music playlist, I will ask you what type of songs you're looking for, what genre's, what tyle (ALSO WHAT SONGS YOU MAY NOT WANT TO HEAR), what type of vibe you want to accomplish throughout the party? Is it going to be more laid back and chill vibe but still with great music that everyone will enjoy, do you want it to be more of a "club party style" party, where we try to get everyone to dance all night long with great music and special effect lighting, OR something in between??

You will have access to communicate with us any questions, thoughts or concerns about your event, music and any details before your event. If you're having a party planner or event coordinator, we're more than happy to work with him or her.

All our quotes include freight load in, loading out, loading into the venue, setting up, sound checks, travel time and milage. As well as an insurance coverage for up to 1Mil.

If you need us to emcee at your event, we can do that too! For all announcements, etc. Instead of having to pay extra for someone else to do so.

We ask for at least 1 to 1.5 hours to load out depending on our set up, what we brought in and your venue layout, such as parking, and exit locations.

Please note******
If your event is held outdoors the quote will also include a tent / canopy that we provide and one generator if needed for all audio set equipment set up.

I will send you a quick quote for refence, as in any event we believe all events could be unique and we treat them as the Superbowl, where we want things go according to plan, yes maybe something may come up due to unforeseen circumstances however due to my 10 plus years' experience in this industry we can adapt to change and make the best of it!
