I offer many types of music from Rock & Roll and Jazz to Top 40 and Reggae, and everything in between. The only DJ you know who can play the VIOLA as well. That's what I call A Classical DJ!

The name is "DJ RJ." "RJ" is short for "Row Jones" which is my stage name as a performing artist. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and eventually moved to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music, where I greatly expanded my range as a musician. There was always an interest inside me to DJ and being at Berklee helped solidify that interest. I found myself constantly in recording studios, watching people mix music. I learned control on the microphone in recording studios and in venues. When Berklee started their online radio station, I was one of the first in line to sign up as soon as possible. I started my own Hip Hop/Reggae radio program entitled, "Free The Music," and continued for two semesters in 2007/08.

I have done many specialized events, such as Weddings, Sweet 16's, Birthday and Anniversary Parties and enjoy bringing my own style of mixing and song choice to each event. I always have clean and family friendly music available, however, if you are in need of a strictly adult party with the best of today's music? I am definitely the DJ for you.

Each event and party I do continually gets a better response and more people become interested in making me their DJ for future events. There's nothing better than seeing people react to what you choose to play for them. I hope to become your DJ soon!
