I’m Kyree Brooks, professionally known as DJ Ree Maniac, owner and operator of DJ Ree Maniac Entertainment Services LLC. For me, DJing is about more than playing great music—it’s about reading the room, creating memorable moments, and delivering an experience that people are still talking about after the event is over.

My passion for music started long before I became a professional DJ. I grew up playing instruments, including the oboe and tenor saxophone, and began experimenting with music production in middle school. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I took that passion to another level by studying DJ equipment, mixing techniques, music programming, and the business side of entertainment. In 2022, I officially launched DJ Ree Maniac Entertainment Services LLC and began building a brand centered on energy, professionalism, versatility, and exceptional client service.

Today, I provide entertainment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, school and university events, festivals, nightlife, and large-scale sporting events. My music knowledge spans Hip-Hop, R&B, Top 40, Pop, Latin, Afrobeats, throwbacks, classics, and more. Rather than relying on a predetermined playlist, I pay attention to the crowd and adjust throughout the event to keep the energy where it needs to be.

One of the experiences that has shaped me most as an entertainer has been serving as a DJ for WIAA State Championship events at the Kohl Center, including boys basketball and wrestling. Performing in an arena environment in front of crowds reaching approximately 12,000 people has strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, coordinate with event teams, follow precise timelines, and create energy for audiences of all ages. I’ve also performed at festivals, nightlife events, sold-out R&B events, and numerous weddings and celebrations throughout Wisconsin.

All I need from the venue is a safe, dedicated performance space near reliable power access, with staging and additional sound/lighting requirements coordinated in advance based on the event size and setup.
