DJ Pete

My DJ show and playlist is always customized to your event's theme. So if you're planning a corporate or themed event, wedding, birthday party or anniversary I will consult with you to make sure that the songs coincide with the demographic of your guests.

My set up includes a DJ table, controller or turntables, laptop, lighting stand with lasers/LED lights, up lights, two speakers on stands as well as two subwoofers. I will need a flat surface area roughly 10'x8' to accommodate my gear with access to power.

Complimentary food and beverage for both myself and my assistant is appreciated.

DJ Pete began his music career in the early 80s as a disc jockey on WYRE, a college radio station in Waukesha, WI. He also played bass for the Milwaukee punk rock band NRK. Many bands followed over the years culminating with Milwaukee's premiere progressive surf band THE REVOMATICS where Pete opened for the B-52s, DICK DALE, UNKNOWN HINSON, THE TRASHMEN, THE MADEIRA and BLACK CROWES guitarist RICH ROBINSON.

DJ Pete tours nationally and has recently performed at Ohana Luau at the Lake at the Tiki Resort in Lake George, NY as well as the Vintage Motofest at Road America. Some current and past clients include Midwest Magic Fest, The Corners of Brookfield, Wauwatiki, Lucky Joe's A&E, The Love Shack, Wisconsin Athletic Club, Sanford Restaurant, Boston Store, Boone & Crockett, Barnacle Bud's, Symco Hodrods & Kustoms and the Chicago Area Tiki Tour, Edward Jones, among many others.

When not touring, DJ Pete spins vinyl at various Milwaukee venues and festivals.

During the week he works as a lawyer at his day job.

I will need a flat surface of at least 10' x 8' with access to an electrical outlet and Wi-Fi (if available). I use my own DJ table. For requests I provide a clipboard and ask that guests write down the title of the song and artist they would like to hear. Also, guests should not walk behind my DJ booth to make a request or set drinks down on my speakers.

Any special requests (i.e. tributes, dance routines, live music performances that require a microphone, etc.) must be provided to me in advance of the event.

If there is any illegal activity at the event (i.e. fighting, underage drinking, illicit drug use, etc.) or concern for my personal safety and that of my assistant, I reserve the right to immediately end my performance.
