I've personally spun over 3000 parties, from 5th birthdays up to 90th, Weddings, Mitzvah's, Corporate, TV show wrap parties, Clubs and everything in between. I had a residency at House of Blues Hollywood where I played the foundation room twice a week. I've played parties for and at CBS, Netflix, Warner Bros, Sony, Niantic, Guess.

A week or so before your event we will have a phone call to go over music and schedule / timeline. I will get a feel of what you would like for music and general feel of the event. Any special music or special moments happening during the event will be discussed and planed out. If you need help with creating a timeline or have any questions along the way, I am able to help where needed. I have worked in the events industry for 18 years and have experience in many areas. As far as music, I am very versed and have everything from the 1920's through current. I am a mixed format DJ and generally play top 40 pop, hip hop, rap, funk, house, electro funk and current remixes. I also love doing 70's funk / disco parties.
I have been DJing private events in southern California for 18 years. With over 3000 events under my belt you can rest assured you are in good hands. I love my job and take pride in being to read the crowd and get the dance floor moving. Whether it's a wedding, wrap party, studio event, club, birthday or mitzvahs I come prepared and ready to rock. As well as almost two decades of experience, I also bring top of the line gear that will have your event sounding amazing.
I have a full high quality sound system that is included in my price. I bring everything needed for the event, but a 6 foot table is helpful if available. My turntable setup needs roughly a 6 foot table in length and an area of 4 to 5 feet in depth. My speakers are on tripods that can go on the sides of the dance floor or to either side of me. I also have a subwoofer that can be added onto the contract if requested. It fits under my DJ table.
Every event I do is different and I try to cater to what the client or promoter is wanting. My sets are always changing and specific to where I am playing.
I was trained 18 years ago by DJ's and MC's from "You Should Be Dancing," You should be dancing was the the first DJ company in Southern California back in the 70's. They made DJ's popular at Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs house parties. Before YSBD everyone booked bands. I learned from them and then continued to grow and expand. I have worked for several event companies & clubs over the years and have learned from many people.
I require one 20 amp circuit. Preferably dedicated just to my setup. No other lights or anything from other venders connected to it.
