What Is Required From the Venue or Host
To ensure a safe, reliable, and prompt setup, please provide the following on-site:

* Setup Footprint: A level, dry, and stable space of approximately 8' x 6' (or larger) to accommodate the booth, lighting rig, and audio stands.
* Load-In & Setup Time: Access to the performance area 60 to 90 minutes prior to guest arrival for equipment staging, cable concealing, sound calibration, and wireless frequency scanning.
* Outdoor Events (If Applicable): Complete overhead weather coverage (tent, canopy, or permanent roof structure) to protect electronic performance equipment from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
