April 11, 2025Great DJ
Chris, aka DJ ChrlBrwn, is an exceptional DJ who helped create an unforgettable experience for my wedding. We reviewed the location, setup, lighting, and a customized song setlist tailored specifically for both myself and my fiancée—now wife. He also coordinated with other event staff, arranging additional experiences such as a photo booth and an MC to host the event. Although I chose to use my own MC, Chris collaborated seamlessly with them to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Throughout the wedding, he maintained constant communication with me, ensuring everything was perfectly timed and executed according to plan. Specifically a bunch of joke segments during a speach that were timed perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a more professional or talented performer. Thank you for making the night both memorable and stress free.

What to expect
GigSalads 'Tips for success' is to "Try to think from an event planner's poring of view..."
Since my regular 9 to 5 job is currently an event manager, I usually approach every DJing opportunity through the eyes of an event planner. What you will expect from me is professionalism - I'll always try to be openminded as to what is possible and try to make that happen. You can also expect my willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the event goes off without a hitch. I am also someone who is always trying to ensure the safety and security of everyone at the event by arranging "Site Check Visits" to troubleshoot any problems before the day of said event. Nobody wants to deal with headaches on the day of the event. That's no fun! Speaking of, lastly expect FUN! That's all I want to do with my clients, my clients guest and myself for that matter. That is the goal for every event I have DJ'ed in the past, in the present and for any event I plan on having in the future - to have a good time, to make sure everyone leaves with a smile on their face and to create memories to last for a lifetime!

Additional booking notes
Requirements for services:
- Electricity: Please have electricity and plenty of it! I would hate to have my equipment share an electrical circuit with something else that draws a lot of power and pop a fuse mid party or worse.
- Work/Storage space: DJ's can bring A LOT of equipment to an event, that usually means tons of protective cases, bags and carts for that equipment to protect it during the various stages of event set up. While smaller events means that I can throw some things under the DJ booth or table, larger scale events alternatively means having a safe place to store bulky cases and bags out of everyone way and out of sight.
- Party inquiry form: This form that I provide for you to fill out is something that will allow me to understand more about the party you are trying to host. Questions about music choice, crowd, venue, etc. are all vital points that need to be understood by the DJ (myself) and the host (you as the client). Usually one of the first things that I send to you as soon as we agree on a contract.
