August 31, 2015First off, I would like to say I strongly recommend using Gigsalad. It was my first time using this, as well as my first time booking a DJ and the experience was terrific! Very, very, customer oriented and friendly! Very fairly priced, and will definitely use again!
As for the DJ in particular, DJ Additude, he was fantastic! He was by far the most competitively priced of the DJs, especially considering the value he brings to the turn-table. When I began the vetting process to choose a DJ, the main three components I had/used to make my decision were price, DJ picture, and DJ name. After seeing DJ Additude’s quote, name, and picture, I was sold. And although two of these things seemed to be superficial qualities, they turned out to be spot on. DJ Additude brings a perfect balance of personal flare, energetic atmosphere, and collaborative mindset to deliver a wonderful music experience to any event or party. It was just as his picture portrayed him: bringing the fun to the party.
The event I booked him for was a Scholarship Foundation, which might sound odd to have a DJ at; however it was just as much a party to celebrate two close friends who passed away as it was a fundraiser. This was an incredibly personal event to myself and many of the people there, and DJ Additude was the perfect fit for our event. He had a great playlist and include a request list for anyone to add to, making sure everyone who so desired, got a chance to hear their music. This really added to the energy level at our event, and helped spur people on into the party mindset.
All in all, I strongly recommend DJ Additude to anyone looking for a DJ or uncertain about who to choose. I will definitely be using DJ Additude next time I need a DJ, and am very grateful and satisfied with my entire experience with him.

July 14, 2015If you are looking for a dj who is on time, communicates throughout your planning stages, and provides all his own equipment, even a tent if it rains, he's your man! He was very accommodating in playing the genre of music we wanted, specific songs (I gave him a list), and making sure the guests had a good time. The price is right and he's very professional!
