DJ 2-3, also known as Timothy Heard, is a professional DJ and entertainer from Memphis, Tennessee, bringing energy, creativity, and unforgettable vibes to every event. With years of experience spinning for corporate events, college parties, weddings, birthdays, and some of Memphis’ most exciting nightlife venues, DJ 2-3 has built a reputation for keeping crowds engaged and on the dance floor.

Since launching his career in 2016, DJ 2-3 has performed at major events including Memphis Metro Fashion Week, Lyfe is Dope, Kellogg’s Holiday Party, UTHSC employee appreciation day, and the Young Dolph Memorial Service. He’s also held residencies at top Memphis venues such as Brinson’s Lounge, Indulge Lounge, DeeO’s Seafood and Vibes Lux Lounge. His talent and versatility even earned him a spot as a Mix Show DJ on Hot 107.1.

Beyond nightlife, DJ 2-3 specializes in creating memorable moments for schools, universities, and corporate celebrations. From father-daughter dances to holiday parties, he brings professionalism, top-quality sound, and a personalized touch to every performance.

When he’s not on stage or behind the decks, DJ 2-3 is passionate about building community through music. As the organizer of the Artist vs DJs Hoop Session, he creates spaces for artists and DJs to connect and network in fun, creative ways.

With expertise in turntablism, mixing, blending, and music production, DJ 2-3 delivers more than just music—he delivers an experience. Whether it’s an intimate event or a packed venue, DJ 2-3 guarantees to always keep it “Alwayz In The Zone.”

Sound Requirements
- Professional sound system (minimum 2 powered speakers, 15” recommended, plus subs if venue size exceeds 150 plus guests)
- DJ mixer and controller input (XLR preferred; RCA backup available)
- 2 wireless microphones with stands (for announcements, speeches, or crowd interaction)
- Monitor speaker (optional but recommended for larger venues)
- Dance floor lighting (LED moving heads, wash lights, strobes available)
- Uplighting (10 fixtures available; customizable to event colors)
- Power access (at least 2–3 dedicated 15A circuits for lights and sound)
Staging Requirements
Minimum performance area: 10’ x 8’ (larger recommended for events over 200 guests)
- 6’ or 8’ skirted table for DJ setup (if not bringing own booth/facade)

Additional Notes
Setup time required: 60–90 minutes before event start
Breakdown time required: 45–60 minutes after event ends
