Meticulous Pre-Event Planning
You will speak directly with Ivan, the owner and lead DJ of Disc Jockeys Unlimited, who personally oversees every booking from first contact through to the night of your event. Whether Ivan is performing himself or one of our experienced team DJs is handling your celebration, you can rest assured that every detail has been reviewed, planned, and coordinated by Ivan personally to ensure the same high standard of service across every event we perform.
Through our private online client portal you can build your playlist, submit special song requests, fill out your event planning forms, and communicate with us at any time. We also schedule a pre-event phone consultation to map out your specific timeline, grand entrances, milestone announcements, and must-play musical preferences so nothing is overlooked.
Early Setup and Soundcheck
Ivan or your assigned DJ arrives 1 to 2 hours before your start time to ensure our professional sound system and dance floor lighting are completely set up, tested, and ready to roll well before your first guest walks through the door. From our professional attire to our clean equipment presentation with no messy exposed wires, we treat your venue and your guests with the utmost respect.

Disc Jockeys Unlimited is completely self-contained and production-ready. We provide premium commercial-grade equipment tailored to the scale of your venue to guarantee pristine sound and vibrant visuals without putting any extra stress on your venue or coordination team.
What We Provide and Bring to Every Event:
Professional Sound System, high fidelity club standard PA speaker systems and subwoofers scaled perfectly for anything from intimate rooms to large banquet halls, ensuring crystal clear audio coverage for every guest in the room.
Pro Wireless Microphones, high end UHF wireless microphone systems dedicated strictly for MC announcements, speeches, toasts, and interactive Karaoke performance.
Intelligent Dance Floor Lighting, sound active LED dance floor lighting packages and DMX controlled moving heads to enhance the room's energy and party atmosphere. Additional uplighting and custom lighting effects are available as optional add-ons.
Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver, allowing seamless wireless video and audio signal transmission to projectors and screens anywhere in the venue without the need for long cable runs.
Projector and Screen, available as an optional add-on for slideshow presentations, Karaoke lyrics display, or video playback. If the venue provides a projector and screen we can connect directly via HDMI or wirelessly through our HDMI transmitter and receiver system for a seamless integration.
Comprehensive Karaoke Production (Optional Add-On), dedicated LED lyric display monitor for singers, premium wireless microphones, an organized digital singer rotation system, and an expansive Karaoke track library. Custom song requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
What We Require From the Venue or Client:
Power Supply, access to a minimum of one dedicated 15 to 20 amp standard electrical outlet within 25 to 50 feet of the performance area. Two outlets are preferred for larger setups.
Setup Space and Table, a clear performance footprint of 4 x 6 feet or greater is sufficient for a standard setup. A 6 to 8 foot banquet table with linen is preferred. Please note that if a table is not available we can supply our own 6 foot table upon request for a small additional fee.
Setup Window, unobstructed access to the performance space is required 2 to 3 hours prior to guest arrival depending on the package and setup requirements. This allows sufficient time for load-in, full equipment assembly, and comprehensive audio soundcheck. Please note DJU will not set up once an event has already commenced so venue access prior to the start time is essential.
Outdoor Events, for all outdoor performances a covered shelter such as a canopy, tent, or covered patio must be provided to protect equipment from direct sunlight, dew, and rain. If a shelter is not available at your venue we can supply our own canopy and 6 foot table upon request for a small additional fee. The DJ reserves the right to pause or cancel the performance if weather conditions pose a risk to equipment or guests without affecting the agreed upon compensation.
