Diana Farrell is an award-winning lyric spinto soprano, opera performer, librettist, stage director, and producer known for her powerful voice, compelling dramatic presence, and versatility across opera, concert, and special event settings.

Her operatic repertoire includes Tosca, Lady Macbeth, Krystyna Żywulska in *Two Remain*, Magda Sorel in *The Consul*, Rosalinda in *Die Fledermaus*, the Countess in *The Marriage of Figaro*, Micaëla in *Carmen*, Anna Maurrant in *Street Scene*, and Amelia in *Amelia Goes to the Ball*. She has performed with organizations including San Diego Opera, Pacific Symphony, Pacific Opera Project, Opera Western Reserve, and the Crested Butte Music Festival.

Diana has also appeared as a soprano soloist in major concert works, including Beethoven’s *Symphony No. 9*, Verdi’s *Requiem*, Mozart’s *Requiem* and *Vesperae solennes de confessore*, Berlioz’s *Les Nuits d’été*, Strauss’s *Vier Letzte Lieder*, Alma Mahler’s *Fünf Lieder*, and Saint-Saëns’s *Oratorio de Noël*. As a librettist and arts leader, Diana is the Founding Artistic Director of Lyric Opera of Orange County and the Artistic Director of *Gilgamesh: The Opera*. Her work has been recognized by the California Arts Council, Arts OC, and the American Prize, including awards for Women in Opera and Professional Opera.
