I speak to schools, churches, youth groups, corporate, government and non profit organizations, etc.

I will provide the tools needed to identify the stumbling blocks and renew the mind for success. From personal stories and statistics to challenging their current situation, they will leave with high energy and focus. I challenge mediocrity, stereotypes and promote a desired outcome. I like to thoroughly explain the quote: "Remain in the pursuit of becoming because if you ever catch yourself, you might slip into mediocrity".
I am an author and talented motivational speaker with a unique voice whose purpose is to move audiences beyond mediocrity and unlock their potential. From an early identified passion and desire to help others, he has found and transformed the force that has become ”UNLOCKING the Seal to EMPOWERS YOU”.
Always knowing that a deeper passion to help transform and unlock the minds of people existed within him, Dexter committed and dedicated years into serving others in various positions of influence. Dexter is the youngest of four “stair step” siblings who all graduated from Elizabeth City State University. Dexter obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Dexter has a background in banking, auditing, financial examinations in consumer finance and organizational compliance.
Over the past (3) years, I have spoken to over 25,000 families by engaging and motivating dialogue. Event planners can expect audiences to leave inspired and ready to launch into their potential.
