July 17, 2018The artists arrived on time and worked with all of the children. The children enjoyed everything and we definitely will invite them back again.

June 16, 2018I hired a balloon twister and face painter; however, no balloons were twisted during the party. The young lady was not engaging and did not encourage the kids to get their faces painted. She wasn’t animated, friendly, nor personable. Needless to say, I will not be using the company again.

We do apologize for your poor experience. It is not the norm for our painters to to not be friendly or engaging. We appreciate your response and will work to make sure our customer experience is much better in the future.
